RUGGED RIDGE

I had the great opportunity to work for Rugged Ridge, initially contributing to development and design of their new custom Jeep® and truck floor mats/liners.

I later took the lead in designing and developing several of their biggest products at that time, including fender flares, wheels, a sheet metal hood, a grille, and more.

I didn’t just want to design ,

I wanted to create.

My experience with Rugged Ridge taught me the importance of being multifaceted in product development. From sketching and ideation to CAD, engineering, prototyping, manufacturing, and ultimately delivering to the customer, I relish every step of the process.

FORD
MUSTANG® Gt3

In early 2022, we were tasked with modifying and producing a seat for the new Mustang® GT3 with a tight three-month deadline.

The challenge was significant: we needed to create tooling, develop the ply book, and pass the stringent FIA 8862-2009 test, all while reducing the seat weight by 10 pounds per Ford’s request. With limited resources, it was a tough ask, but we managed to meet all of the requirements and successfully passed the tests on our first attempt.

ASTON MARTIN
VALHALLA

During my time at Recaro Automotive, I had the privilege of collaborating with the Aston Martin Interior Team on the seating system for their new mid-engine hypercar, the Valhalla.

My role involved leveraging our advanced technology and processes to modify and refine their seating design to enhance manufacturability.
